Success stories

"I felt tired all the time and didn't know why."

For Julie Albright, the third try was the charm. Throughout her 30s and early 40s, she had twice been told about the benefits of nutrition and weight-loss but she was reluctant to give it a try. "I was pretty negative," she says. "Even though I had no energy and felt terrible, I didn’t think anything would help." Although a skeptic about weight loss, Julie’s competitive streak came out when she was asked to join a weight-loss challenge. She joined, lost 25 pounds, and won the contest!

"I realized what my body had been missing!"

Long plagued by muscle and joint pain, Julie noticed that her weight loss coincided with renewed energy. Her lower weight reduced stress on her joints. "Before, my diet had been almost all carbs," she says. "I had no nutrition going into my body, which meant I was both overweight and malnourished." With 41 pounds lost, Julie continues to follow the weight loss challenge program and sees especially amazing results. "Before I was functioning at around 25 percent of my capacity," she says. "Now it feels like 100 percent."

"At 45, I'm in the best health and shape of my life."

The love handles had to go
As the years began to sneak up on Bob, his weight did, too. “I’d always been in good shape,” says Bob, “but I wasn’t happy with the love handles I’d gained. And my health wasn’t great.”

Old friend, new look
“One day, I saw an old friend who’d always been overweight,” says Bob. “Only this time, he looked like ‘Mr. Perfect.’ I thought to myself, ‘I work out and he doesn’t. What’s missing from this picture?’

Portion control works
In his first month following a Weight-Management Program, Bob lost 15 inches. “I still eat the foods I love–I just don’t eat as much of them,” he says. “Also, I feel better, and my knees don’t hurt anymore,” he’s happy to report.

Lean, ripp
ed and ready to compete
To compete in a fitness contest, Bob wanted not only to lose weight, but gain definition. “I wanted to get lean and ripped,” he says. Thanks to a great Weight-Management Program, he did both. “It absolutely helped me reach my goals,” he says.*

"I set out to lose 25 pounds, and I lost 40!"

"I started seeing 'saddle bags' on my thighs," Kim Frahm recalls. "My size-14 clothes were getting tight. Even my dad was calling me his 'fluffy daughter.' " So Kim decided to take action. "When I saw my dad totally change his body using the Weight-Management Products," she says, "I agreed to give the program a try."

"I'm still pinching myself about how much weight I've lost!"

"I was surprised at how full and satisfied I felt. And after my third day on the program, I actually had the energy–finally–to play with my boys!" Soon Kim's clothes began to fit less snugly, and she went on to go from a size 14+ to a size 4-6. "No more cravings, no more exhaustion–and no more saddle bags!" Kim exclaims. "I still can’t believe how much these products have improved my life!"*
